Situated 30 minutes away from the International Airport of Kilimanjaro, it makes Shamba Kipara easily accessible from anywhere in the world. The closest city to the camp is Arusha, which is located 45 minutes away from the camp.

Shamba Kipara is a fabulous private property of over 12 hectares that offers you the opportunity to escape from the bustle of our world. The abundant nature present throughout the camp makes it a real peaceful haven.

We count over 20 species of orchids, 80 mango trees, multiple avocado, lemon or even orange trees! On the property you will also find multiple old majestic trees, an organic farm that produces plenty of vegetables and herbs!

With its multiple National Parks and Game Reserve, Tanzania is home to the big five and biggest parks in Africa. Each year you can observe millions of animals migrating across the country in search of water and pasture.

Situated 45 minutes from Shamba Kipara camp, at the base of Mount Meru, Arusha is the starting point point for all Northern Safari and Expeditions to Mount Kilimanjaro.

It used to be a traditional Maasai village and is today a beautiful place to get a feel of the Tanzanian culture. You will find colorful markets with handmade Maasai jewerly, as well as fresh fruits, spices and more. If you wish to know more about the Tanzanian culture, you can visit the cultural heritage centre or natural history museums, both are great places to understand the country's history!

Surrounded by nature, Shamba Kipara offers large outdoor spaces, which can be used to your wishes. The 12-hectare property gives you endless possibilities!
